Dear Team Parent,
Welcome to the 2010/2011, AYSO Region 922 Season!
Thank You so much for volunteering for the job of Team Parent! We look forward to an exciting season! In order to have a successful season and a positive experience for your team, a lot of parent volunteer involvement is needed. Thank you for giving your time and energy to be a part of our AYSO team. With your help we will have an outstanding season! In order to be a Team Parent with AYSO Region 922, you need the following:
- A filled out volunteer form that has been personally verified by a regional CVPA. To get a form, ask your coach, or visit the website to register online eayso.org We will need 2 copies of the form and your picture ID. You can complete this process at any registration day or at the Team Parent/Team Helper meeting.
- You must be certified in Safe Haven training. This is a one time training. If you have already been certified in a previous year, you do not need to do so again. This training can be taken online (see bottom of this page)
What is a Team Parent?
The Team Parent helps the coach, and encourages help from other parents. The Team Parent is the communication contact between the coach, the parents, and the regional board. The Team Parent sets a good example of parent involvement and good parent conduct.
Team Parent Duties:
